My Journey: From Basketball to Building Sustainable Health
After my basketball career ended, I had to rethink my approach to health. It wasn’t just about staying in shape—it was about feeling empowered, motivated, and strong in every aspect of my life. That journey led me to a passion for helping others redefine their relationship with fitness and nutrition so they, too, can build a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle.
